This was one of my favourite restaurants we dined at in the OC. The restaurant is actually very beautiful inside, and the music was just my taste (chill deep house vibes) the servers were very friendly and the owner was walking around asking everyone how they liked their food. The owner is actually Thai which is a plus to me for authenticity. My husband said the pad Thai was the best he’s ever had. I would have loved to return to try some of the more interesting items as well. We parked for free around the corner as well which was unexpected. kap khun kha!

Delicious, delicious, and absolutely delicious! The best in Southern California! Everyone was so friendly. Mama even gave our kids free ice cream, and we were treated to hot sake as well. It was the perfect way to end our day!

Incredible food & wonderful service! I absolutely loved our meal at Mama on main Thai house. We sat on the patio with our dog and had the wontons to start! Soooo good. For our meals we had beef yellow curry and the wagyu stack with a fried egg on top (pro tip: definitely add the fried egg). The plating was so beautiful and the meals were absolutely delicious. My favorite meal during this trip! The homemade salsa is also something to write home about. If you haven't stopped here, you're missing out!

Ok, now I get why this restaurant has so many 5 star reviews. The food is absolutely amazing ! Flavors are bang on. Hands down the best Thai food I've had in USA. We got Basil Leaves Chicken which was very good and the Stir Fried Tom Yum which was awesome as well. They also gave us a special spicy sauce on the aide which added a nice bite to the flavors. Also got the Thai Basil Margarita which was OK. Service was good and ambience is better than most Thai restaurants. I wish we tried their desserts but we were really full with all the food. Go for it ! This place is a banger !

This was my first time here, and after seeing all the great Yelp reviews, we decided to try it — and it lived up to the hype. We started with the roti dip, garlic green beans, and spicy wontons. Every bite was packed with unique, incredible flavors unlike any Thai food I’ve had before. The green beans had the perfect crunch, and each dish was beautifully presented. Check out the drinks. Our entrée, the Mama stir-fried noodles, was just as delicious. We honestly couldn’t pick a favorite — everything was that good. We loved it so much we already booked a return visit in three weeks! My friend drove from Carson and I came from Irvine, and it was definitely worth the trip. Service was amazing, and we even met the owner. I also loved the newspaper-style menus with photos. We ended with dessert, which was the perfect sweet finish even though we were already stuffed. Highly recommend — you have to try this place!
